Once the store is connected, LoyVue listens for the orders Salla reports and records them against the customer's card. A customer who buys online and a customer who walks in are the same customer, with one balance.

Common questions
Does connecting Salla change anything in my store?
No. LoyVue reads orders and records loyalty on its own side. Your storefront, checkout and prices are untouched.
What if a customer orders online without ever visiting?
They still get a card. The link to add it to their wallet can be sent by SMS or email like any other customer.
Will an order be counted twice?
No. Every order is recorded against a deterministic key, so a repeated webhook or a re-sync does nothing.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, from the integration settings. Your customers, cards and history stay exactly as they are.
