Keep the chair full with the clients you already have
A salon's best client is the one who rebooks. A card in their phone, and a nudge when they are overdue, is most of what it takes.
- Per client history in one place
- Overdue see who has slipped away
- Any service cut, colour, nails, treatments
Reward the habit, not the discount hunter
Salon visits are weeks apart, so a card that rewards the sixth or eighth appointment fits the rhythm better than a permanent discount that just lowers your prices.
- A stamp per appointment, or points against the amount spent.
- Rewards can be a free treatment, an add-on or money off.
- You can list your services so a visit records what it was for.
See who is overdue
The client who used to come every five weeks and has not been in for twelve is the one worth a message. LoyVue keeps that list for you, and lets you write to one person rather than blasting everyone.
- Last visit and full history on every client card.
- Message a single client by SMS, email or straight to their wallet pass.
- The weekly digest tells you who slipped away this week.
Every stylist, one system
Stamps are recorded by whoever is on the desk, at whichever branch. Nothing depends on one person remembering a paper card in a drawer.
- A branch signs in as itself, so numbers are per site.
- Client details are edited from the same screen the card lives on.
- Nothing is lost when a stylist leaves.
Common questions
Can I reward on spend instead of visits?
Yes. A colour and a fringe trim are not the same thing, so points against the amount spent is often the fairer rule in a salon.
Do clients need to give me their email?
A mobile number is enough. Email is optional and only used if you choose to write to them that way.
Can I message just one client?
Yes — messaging a single client is available on the free plan. Sending to your whole list is a paid feature.
