Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated Sep 11, 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a paid LoyVue subscription and when we give refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service and works together with our Billing & Subscription Policy.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing screen of your dashboard, or by writing to [BILLING EMAIL] from the account owner's email address.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- When the paid period ends, your workspace moves to the free plan. Your cards, customers and history are not deleted by cancelling, but free-plan limits apply from then on.
- There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time or downgrades, except in these cases:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges, such as being charged twice for the same period.
- Charges after cancellation, if you cancelled before the renewal date and were still charged.
- Extended service failure, if LoyVue was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period because of a problem on our side.
- Annual plans: if you ask within [ANNUAL REFUND WINDOW, e.g. 14 days] of your first annual payment, [ANNUAL REFUND TERMS, e.g. full refund / refund minus the months used].
- Where the law requires it, including consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived.
We may also make a refund or credit at our discretion in other situations. A discretionary refund does not create an obligation to do the same in the future.
3. How to request a refund
Email [BILLING EMAIL] within [REQUEST WINDOW, e.g. 30 days] of the charge, including:
- your account email and business name;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the reason for the request.
We aim to reply within [RESPONSE TIME, e.g. 5 business days]. Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we can usually fix billing problems faster. We may suspend an account while a chargeback is open.
5. Closing your account
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To close your workspace and delete its data, see the account deletion section of our Privacy Policy. You can ask for an export of your customer and visit data before closing.
6. Cardholders and purchases at a business
This policy covers LoyVue subscriptions only. Purchases, rewards and refunds at a business that uses LoyVue are that business's responsibility. If you are a Cardholder, please contact the business directly.
7. Contact
