A coffee card that never gets lost

The tenth coffee free is the oldest offer there is, and it still works. What does not work is the little paper card at the bottom of a bag.

  • ~2s to stamp a card at the counter
  • Every visit recorded, not guessed at
  • Free plan to start with

Fast enough for the morning rush

Scanning a card takes about as long as handing over a receipt. There is nothing to type, no name to spell and no app for the customer to find while a queue builds behind them.

  • Scan the pass, or type the last digits of the card number.
  • Works from a phone or tablet by the till.
  • Any barista can do it on their first shift.

You finally know who your regulars are

A café lives on the people who come three times a week. Until every visit is recorded, they are just familiar faces. LoyVue names them, counts them and tells you when one of them stops coming.

  • See who is one stamp away from a free cup.
  • See who has not been in for a month.
  • Send that person a nudge without messaging everyone.

More than one site

If you have a second shop, the card works in both, and each one signs in as itself so you can see which counter is doing the stamping.

  • One card, every branch.
  • Per-branch numbers without a separate system.
  • Pin the shops to the pass and the card appears on the lock screen when a regular arrives.

Common questions

How many visits should a free coffee take?

Eight to ten is the usual range for a daily-habit drink. Start there, watch how many cards reach the goal, and change the rule if too few do.

Do I need a new till?

No. LoyVue runs in the browser on whatever phone or tablet is nearest.

Can I run it at a market stall too?

Yes, as long as you have a connection. The stall can be a branch of its own.
