The punch card, without the paper
A stamp card your customers keep in the wallet app they already have. You stamp it from any phone or tablet at the counter, and the card updates on theirs.
- 0 apps for the customer to install
- 2 wallets supported, Apple and Google
- 1 scan to add a stamp
How a digital stamp card works
A customer gives you their mobile number once. They get a link, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to Google Wallet”, and the card sits beside their boarding passes and bank cards. Every visit after that, you scan the card and the stamp count on their phone changes within seconds.
- The card is a real wallet pass, not a web page saved to the home screen.
- Stamps are drawn on the pass itself, so the customer sees progress at a glance.
- When the goal is reached, the reward is waiting for you both on the next visit.
Why paper loses
A paper card only works if the customer has it on them. It gets lost, washed, or thrown out with the receipt, and you never learn anything from it: not who is close to a reward, not who has stopped coming, not which branch is stamping.
- Nothing to reprint, and no stack of half-finished cards behind the till.
- No way to photocopy a stamp: the card is signed and scanned.
- Every stamp is a row you can count, so the programme finally has numbers.
Set it up this afternoon
Pick the rule — a free item after so many visits, or points for every amount spent — choose the card colours, and print the counter stand LoyVue generates for you. Staff stamp from the browser; there is no terminal to buy and nothing to install.
- One rule per programme, so nobody at the counter has to interpret it.
- Works on the phone or tablet you already own.
- Your branches each get their own sign-in, and every stamp records which one gave it.
Common questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on the phone. There is nothing else to install and no account to create.
What happens if a customer changes phone?
Their card is tied to their mobile number, not the handset. Send the link again and the pass is back, with the stamps they had already earned.
Can I run a points card instead of stamps?
Yes. A programme is either visit based (a stamp each time), point based (points per amount spent) or spending based (a reward at a spending goal). You choose when you create it.
How much does it cost to start?
There is a free plan, and it is not a trial: it stays free. It carries a cardholder limit, and you move to a paid plan when you pass it.
