Cookie Policy
Last updated Sep 11, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LoyVue uses cookies and similar technologies on loyvue.com and in the LoyVue dashboard.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include your browser's local storage. We use them only where they are needed to make LoyVue work.
The cookies we use
LoyVue uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts on our website.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps you signed in while you use the dashboard and remembers choices such as your language | Ends when you sign out or after 120 minutes of inactivity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery attacks | 120 minutes of inactivity |
| "Keep me signed in" cookie | Only set if you tick "Keep me signed in", so you stay signed in on that device | Until you sign out, or up to 400 days |
| cookie_consent | Remembers your answer to the cookie banner | 365 days |
The dashboard also remembers whether its side menu is collapsed in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
Because these cookies are essential for security and for signing in, they do not require consent under most privacy laws, and the website will not work properly without them.
Third parties
- Cloudflare Turnstile. Checks that the contact form is sent by a person. It runs only on the contact page.
- Stripe. When you pay for a subscription, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy and cookie policies.
- OpenStreetMap. Maps and address search in the dashboard load from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Wallet cards do not use cookies. When a Cardholder adds a card, Apple or Google handle it under their own privacy terms.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the dashboard. You can change your answer to the cookie banner at any time from our cookie settings page.
Changes
If we ever add optional cookies, such as analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
