Cookie policy
LoyVue uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to run the site. This page lists each one, what it does and how long it stays.
Necessary cookies
These keep the site working and secure, so they are always on.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| walae-session | Keeps you signed in and remembers the language you chose. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
| remember_web_… | Keeps you signed in on this device when you tick “Keep me signed in”. | Up to 400 days |
| cookie_consent | Remembers your answer to the cookie banner. | 365 days |
| joined_cards | Remembers the loyalty cards you joined on this phone, so scanning a shop’s QR code again opens your card. | 365 days |
Stored in your browser
The dashboard remembers whether its side menu is collapsed in your browser’s local storage (nav). It never leaves your device.
Optional cookies
Google Analytics measures how visitors find and use the public pages, so we can improve them. Its cookies are only set after you choose “Accept all”. Before you answer the banner it runs in a cookieless mode: it stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you, but Google does receive a signal that a page was opened. Choosing “Necessary only” switches it off completely. Inside the dashboard it only records that an account was created or signed in, never the pages you open.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells Google Analytics that two visits come from the same browser. | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_FQ1YX8YDPM | Keeps the state of your current visit for Google Analytics. | Up to 2 years |
Third-party services
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is sent by a person. It runs only on the contact page.
- Stripe handles payments when a business subscribes. Its checkout pages set their own cookies.
- OpenStreetMap draws the map on the dashboard’s locations screen.
- Google Analytics, provided by Google, measures visits to the public pages: with cookies once you choose “Accept all”, and before that only as a cookieless signal that sets nothing on your device.
Your choice
You can change your answer at any time. Deleting cookies in your browser also resets it, and the site will ask again.
